A membership year lasts 12 months from the date of enrolment, renewal, upgrade or downgrade into the current tier. Upon renewal, upgrade or downgrade, a new membership year begins.
Membership upgrade: Members’ tier will be upgraded on the next day automatically as soon as the required spending have been attained to enter next tier threshold within a membership year.
Membership renewal: Members’ tier will be renewed on the next day automatically as soon as the required spending of the current tier have been attained within a membership year. Remaining points will be carried forward to the next membership period.

Terms & Conditions

Member should provide a registered mobile number upon payment to enjoy member privileges and accrue bonus points.
Bonus points can be earned at the stores of YGM's brands in Hong Kong and Macau only.
Bonus points are calculated based on net amount.
Bonus points are non-transferable.
Please read the terms and conditions of e-vouchers or coupons before use.
Gifts are available while stocks last.
In case of exchange and return, bonus points will be accrued according to the net amount derivatived and point rate of the same day. If bonus points have been redeemed for gift, voucher or extra bonus points, member is required to surrender the gift and voucher, and the extra bonus points will be deducted.
All purchase records are based on YGM Group's system data.
YGM Group may update or change these terms and conditions from time to time. YGM Group shall inform member within a reasonable period of time in a reasonable manner for item changed. Member do check the system message from time to time for updates. By remaining as a member, you agree and accept to be bound by the updated or changed terms and conditions.
YGM Group reserves the right to reasonably interpret these terms and conditions. In case of any dispute, YGM Group reserves the right of final decision.
